Is Keepthescore Free?

Yes! Basic features are completely free.

Paid subscriptions unlock:

  • Remove branding - Hide the "Keepthescore.com" watermark for a clean, professional look
  • Custom colors & logos - Customize colors and upload logos to match your teams
  • Increased board limits - Create more boards simultaneously

Accessing Payment Receipts

To view and download your payment receipts:

  1. Click Account at the top right of any page
  2. Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu
  3. Scroll to the Order History section

If you have made any payments, you'll see a complete list of all your past transactions.

Click the View Receipt button next to any payment to open the receipt in a new tab, where you can view, print, or save it for your records.

Note: Some older receipts from previous payment systems may no longer be available for download.

Let Someone Else Pay for Your Plan

If a school office, booster club, or sponsor holds the budget, you don't need to hand over your login or ask them to create an account:

  1. Click Account at the top right, then Account Settings
  2. Open the Plan & billing tab
  3. Under Need someone else to pay?, pick the plan and billing period
  4. Click Create payment link and send the link to the person paying

They pay by card without creating an account, and the paid plan is added to your account the moment the payment goes through. Payment links expire after 30 days; you can always create a fresh one.

If you need a custom quote for your organization, we're happy to help! Simply send us an email with your specific requirements and we'll provide you with a personalized quote.

Procurement Forms & Tax Compliance

Our payment processor Paddle is the merchant of record and the legal seller for every purchase, so your organization is buying from Paddle.com Inc and the invoice you receive comes from them.

This matters when you set us up as a supplier: the vendor to register in your Accounts Payable system is Paddle.com Inc. Registering us instead is the most common cause of a stalled payment, because the invoice arriving from Paddle won't match your vendor record.

Paddle's finance team handles all procurement and tax documentation directly:

To claim a sales tax exemption, complete your purchase first, then go to paddle.net with your exemption certificate to request the refund.

If you need an invoice up front so you can raise a purchase order against it, email us at [email protected]. Send us the PO number once you have it and we'll make sure it appears on the invoice.

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Click Account (top right)
  2. Select Account Settings
  3. Click Cancel your subscription

Note: You'll keep access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
