Each scoreboard has its own shareable link. Your plan's scoreboard limit is the number of scoreboards you can have at the same time. You can edit and reuse each scoreboard as often as you like with no restrictions. For example, if you have 4 sports you cover, you only need 4 scoreboards — just update the scores for each new game. Delete a scoreboard at any time to free up a slot for a new one.

Yes. If a school office, club treasurer, or sponsor holds the budget, go to Settings → Billing, pick your plan, and create a payment link to send to them. They pay by card without creating an account, and the paid plan is added to your account the moment the payment goes through.

Not unless you want a subscription. You can buy a one-time package for a fixed price and fixed time. You can also pick the annual subscription at the top of this page.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will still have access to premium features until the end of the billing period. Click on your name in the navigation bar at the top and then on 'My account' in the dropdown.

You will automatically receive a receipt by email on payment.

It depends on your billing address: several US states do not tax software as a service, and then our invoices carry no sales tax. Where it does apply, pay the invoice total, tax included, then request a refund of the tax at paddle.net with your exemption certificate. Paddle is the seller, so the refund comes from them. You can pay by credit card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) and, in most countries, PayPal. In India you can also pay with UPI, and in Brazil with Pix. Organizations can also pay by invoice, bank transfer, or purchase order — see the purchase order question above. If you'd prefer some other way of paying, let us know!

You will lose access to paid features, but your scoreboards will remain including their scores. You can always upgrade again later.
