Each scoreboard has its own shareable link. Your plan's scoreboard limit is the number of scoreboards you can have at the same time. You can edit and reuse each scoreboard as often as you like with no restrictions. For example, if you have 4 sports you cover, you only need 4 scoreboards — just update the scores for each new game. Delete a scoreboard at any time to free up a slot for a new one.

Yes. Schools, districts, and other organizations can pay by purchase order, invoice, or bank transfer on purchases above 100 USD. Send us an email with your requirements and we'll send a quote, or an invoice you can raise a purchase order against. Paddle is our merchant of record, so the vendor to register in your accounts payable system is Paddle.com Inc, and the W-9 comes from Paddle's finance team at sellers@paddle.com. Yes. If a school office, club treasurer, or sponsor holds the budget, go to Settings → Billing, pick your plan, and create a payment link to send to them. They pay by card without creating an account, and the paid plan is added to your account the moment the payment goes through.

Not unless you want a subscription. You can buy a one-time package for a fixed price and fixed time. You can also pick the annual subscription at the top of this page.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will still have access to premium features until the end of the billing period. Click on your name in the navigation bar at the top and then on 'My account' in the dropdown.

You will automatically receive a receipt by email on payment.

After you have paid, please head to paddle.net and request a tax exemption. In your request include the information about what you're purchasing and have your tax exemption certificate ready.

You can pay via credit card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) and PayPal. If you'd prefer some other way of paying, let us know!

You will lose access to paid features, but your scoreboards will remain including their scores. You can always upgrade again later.
