Web-based leaderboards, scoreboards, and competition judging. No app needed, works on modern browsers, with optional payments.

What do our services provide?

Our platform is a web-based software that allows you to create, administer and publish the following:

  • Leaderboards
  • Scoreboards
  • Sports scoreboards
  • Competition judging and scoring systems

The product exists online and works in a browser. There is no mobile app, desktop software or offline component to the product. Nonetheless, the product works great on mobile browsers.

You can create an account using your email and a password.

Technical requirements

Our services will work on any device that runs a modern internet browser.

Our services will work on the following browsers, provided that the version is not older than 2 years:

  • Apple Safari
  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Opera

Payments

Payments are optional. Certain features require payment, see our pricing page for more detail. One-time and subscription payments are possible. Currently, you can pay via credit card and PayPal.

Our payment provider is Paddle.com.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by writing us an email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then. We do not prorate or refund unused time remaining in a billing period.

After cancellation, your data remains accessible under the free plan limits.

Refunds

We may refund your payments on a case-by-case basis. The likelihood of a refund will increase drastically depending on how politely you ask.

Free Trial Terms

We offer a complimentary trial period for select paid plans. Important points about our trial policy:

  • Each user is eligible for one trial period only
  • Creating multiple accounts to access additional trials is prohibited
  • Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination or early trial termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate trial periods at our discretion. For more information about eligible plans, please visit our pricing page.

Prohibited practices

Please don't be a bad online citizen. Do not violate local or international laws. Do not abuse our API or create an unreasonable number of boards or participants to see if it works.

This product exists for human-to-human score-tracking. If you deviate from this idea, we will terminate or cancel your account or boards.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services responsibly and in accordance with this policy. The following uses are prohibited:

Prohibited content

You may not use our services to create, store, or distribute content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or pornographic
  • Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against any individual or group
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful code
  • Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading

Prohibited behavior

You may not:

  • Use our services to harass, bully, or intimidate others
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or phishing attempts through our platform
  • Use our services for any illegal activity, including gambling where prohibited by law
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access our services beyond our published API
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
  • Circumvent any rate limits, usage restrictions, or access controls
  • Use our services to collect personal information about others without their consent
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to our services without written permission

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take action including:

  • Issuing a warning
  • Temporarily or permanently suspending your access
  • Removing offending content or boards
  • Terminating your account
  • Reporting the activity to law enforcement if required

We aim to be fair and proportionate in our enforcement. Where possible, we will notify you of a violation and give you a reasonable opportunity to address it before taking further action, unless the violation is severe or poses an immediate risk to others.

Any other domain is not authorized by us and should be considered potentially fraudulent.

Termination and cancellation

If you want to voluntarily terminate your account or remove a board then please write us an email.

For free accounts, we reserve the right to terminate your account or remove your boards for any reason without prior notice. For paid accounts in good standing, we will give at least 30 days' notice before terminating your account without cause, and will refund any prepaid unused time. We may terminate any account immediately if you violate these terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. We encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] to resolve any issue informally — we're a small team and genuinely want to help.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Data Collection

We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes data collected by us and by our third-party service providers. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand what data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights regarding your data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall KeepTheScore.com, Leaderboarded.com, ScoreJudge.com, their affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
  2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
  3. Any content obtained from the services
  4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
