Help us write a case study about how you use KeepTheScore

How this works

Answer as many questions as you can — every answer helps. There are no wrong answers and you don't need to be a great writer. We'll do the editing.

Copy all of this into an email and send your answers to [email protected], or just reply directly if you received this as a link from us.

1. About You

What's your name, and what's your role or job title?
What organisation or team are you part of? What does it do?

E.g. "We're a youth hockey club in Minnesota", "I run a volunteer media organisation that broadcasts high school sports", "We're a sales team at a company that sells X".

How big is your team or organisation? How many people are involved?

2. The Challenge Before

What problem were you trying to solve when you found us?

Describe the situation in your own words. What wasn't working, what were you frustrated by, or what were you trying to achieve?

What were you using before KeepTheScore?

E.g. spreadsheets, a different tool, a manual process, nothing at all. What were the problems with it?

How did you find KeepTheScore? What made you decide to try it?

3. How You Use KeepTheScore

Walk us through exactly how you use KeepTheScore. What does a typical session or event look like?

Step-by-step is great. Who sets it up? Who updates it? How often? How do people view it?

Which features do you use most? Are there any that surprised you?
How many people interact with the leaderboard or scoreboard — either updating it or viewing it?
Do you connect KeepTheScore to any other tools? (e.g. OBS, Slack, spreadsheets, display screens)

4. The Results

What's changed since you started using KeepTheScore?

Think about time saved, quality improved, engagement increased, problems solved — whatever is relevant to your situation.

Are there any numbers you can share? (e.g. viewers, participants, hours saved, revenue generated, team size)

Even rough estimates are useful. Concrete numbers make case studies much more compelling.

Is there a specific moment or story that stands out — something that shows the impact?

E.g. "A grandparent in hospital was able to watch their grandson's final game", "We raised £3,000 at a single event using the fundraising thermometer".

What would you say to someone else in your situation who is considering KeepTheScore?

5. A Few Practical Things

Please send 3–4 photos or screenshots we can use. This is required.

Screenshots of your leaderboard or scoreboard, photos from events, photos of your setup — anything that shows the tool in action. Phone photos are fine. Without photos we can't publish the case study.

Is there a website or social media page we can link to?
Are you happy for us to use your name and organisation name in the case study? Or would you prefer to remain anonymous?
Anything else you'd like to add?
